Like Cliff said, BAC was a forever holding... but are considering selling... will decide soon.  They will announce their second quarter earnings on July 12th and I expect they will announce their third quarter dividend the following week.

We bought BAC at 46.75 in 2005 and then doubled our position at 48.30... for an average cost of 47.52.  Not one of our best investments looking back.  We have collected 7.25 in dividend on the first purchase and 2.56 on the second.  Bringing our total cost per share to 42.62.  That means we have a loss of about 8.29 a share.

Josh Peters recently wrote in DividendInvestor newsletter that the odds of a cut are 50-50.  I guess the big question mark is the Countrywide acquisition.  Without the acquisition most analysts think BAC could muddle through this dry patch...
