Actually it's an ETN, not an ETF an important difference.

They start with the companies that fit the "wide moat" description as defined by the Morningstar index. They then take the top 20 companies that have the best Morningstar "price/fair ratio" (the differential between trading price and Morningstar's estimate of fair value based on a discounted cash flow model).
