I also own ERH.  Bought it last summer when the monster premium disappeared for a little while.  It's been very consistant.

There are several Canroys & Amroys that pay monthly.

Your EVT & also ETO -- Eaton Vance does have a nice collection of CEFs.

AWF & EFL are some other interesting monthly paying CEFs.
