If you had $1,000,000 invested in 1989 and started taking out $75k annual withdrawals on Dec. 31st  -- you would have a portfolio value of $4,527,564 after the end of 2007.

...this assumes investment in the A shares, all cap gains & divs reinvested and no tax implications.
