Lorna,  Thank you for your reply.  I'm actually following her suggestion and any possible  choices will be made by the both of us.  The reason that we are moving her account to TRP is cost   (Edward Jones charged her $40 a year to maintain her IRA)  and it is much easier to change her port there if necessary.
