Hi Dennis- I like your portfolio. Here's an alternate using Vanguard ETF's.  

20% Energy  VDE

20% Materials  VAW

20% REIT   VNQ

20% Short -term Bond  BSV

20% Intermediate Bond  BIV

These 5 are the best YTD. It would be fairly easy to monitor the whole list of Vanguard ETF's and revise this portfolio every quarter with the best performing ETFs. Although its not ideal, a 5-fund ETF portfolio will contain sector diversity and also be able to take advantage of some market momentum.
