If you are trying to save for retirement, why are you in bond funds??  You should be in stock mutual funds for growth and not bond mutual funds for income.  Who is advising you to make these changes??

I don't like FKINX, it is a junk bond fund.  Since you've already paid the load on this fund, is the load on the fund they are advising you to move to being waived??  There are many excellent no load mutual funds.  I don't like your funds, and I would not use your funds.  If you are using a financial advisor, I would shop for a new one.

Want a good no load bond fund - VBIIX Vanguard's Intermediate Term Bond Index.  Take your question over to the folks at the bond squad, they might have some more info for you.
