Yes, I do have a skeleton in my closet - some credit card debt which I am aggressively paying off (well, it's all promotional APRs with 3.9% at max). I would probably guess right that your next reply would be "kill that debt first" :-).

Yup, I think everyone here at M* has me figured out. In all honesty, I had debt when I bought my first house, and, looking back, it was a mistake. Hopefully, my posts here will help folks avoid the stupid mistakes I've made.

Battle stations...man the guns...target...credit card debt...open with selling stuff on eBay...follow-up with reserve forces of cutting down on eating out...if necessary, hit the enemy with the big guns of working overtime...

Hey, ya gotta have some fun with this stuff. ;)
