My wife is thinking about a new vacuum.

She has a fairly recent Eureka “The Boss” upright (12 Amps, 16”) but thinks it is too heavy to push around.

How do I do a search on this forum to find previous conversations? 

I tried the Search function but got gobbildy gook.

I am thinking a canister model may be best.

We have 75% carpet and 25% wood floors.

I offered to let her use my Sears shop vac if she kept it clean and returned it to its proper place.

Any recommendations (about vac’s, not life style)?
