M* has downgraded Vanguard Healthcare's star rating for the last 3 year period to 3 stars.  You can see the star ratings here.  I find that somewhat interesting given that the fund it outperforming the M* Healthcare Index by 1.14% over that period.  Also, it is slightly outperforming the Vanguard 500 Index Fund in that period (by .06%).
