I still have time to vote my proxy via the internet and haven't decided what to do. The performance of UTF has been exceptional--it beat all the other Cohen & Steers closed-end funds last year. Nevertheless, Western Investment makes some very strong arguments against the Cohen & Steers management of the fund.
Of course, I am not as concerned about the double-digit discount as Western is since I did not buy UTF as a speculation but for income purposes and Cohen & Steers has been upping the dividend, which is what I like.
Does anybody have any compelling arguments one way or ther other before I vote my shares or do I just flip a coin?
