With the amount you are investing, you're going to pay too much in trading expenses with all of these funds.  I think you can achieve the same level of diversification you are seeking with much fewer funds. For example, your 20% allocation to Developed Int'l markets can easily be achieved by putting it all on EFA, or if you want to lean towards Japan, use VEU and VPJ.
