Can anyone direct me here?

I have a Mutual fund with Putnam that does not have a CUSIP identifier, but only a number, 746870401. I can't ever seem to find it on any financial link.

My advisor says it has never had a CUSIP, that I should only do a Google search.

When I type in the name Putnam with the number, or just the number alone, it comes up as "QAWVQ" with the description "Putnam tax exempt income CL- C".

My statements lists it as "income FD class C" with only the numerical identifier.

Any clues on this? Whats the difference if any?
