Rocky67 I would be interested in learning what you ended up doing, as I am in the EXACT same situation. I am paralyzed by indecision. I don't have the expertise or time to learn how to manage this money, and I am willing to pay someone to do it, but I just want to ensure that I am signing on with someone who has MY best interests in mind - not some commission or fee they might be able to make.

Any advice is welcome!!!!
