Here is our first '08 ranking, on a Tuesday when the Fed surprised with a -.75% inter-meeting rate cut. The Dow had been down more than -450! points earlier in the day, closing with a -100 pt loss, compounding many days of losses for the start of the year. Int'l mkts had been especially hard hit over the holiday weekend, with many funds posting -10% losses for the day! (MINDX -12.07%, DPCAX -10.65%, TRAMX -10.4%, etc!). I am guessing that the following results will reflect at least a short term bottom, and a high point for those holding bear funds.
