He does not invest in a monoline, he looks into starting competition in his own insurance companies.  I think he sees a situation that has too many embedded costs, not yet assessed.  In my opinion, that is true of many of the financial services companies to date.  It is a little early to look for bargains, because...really...very little healthy blood-letting has occured yet. 

But its coming.  Oh...yes...it is.
