At this point in time my current needs =1600 a month depending on the season(fire wood propane plowing).My property taxes are 4000 for 4 acres and the house which is a money pit cica1776.Iam considering a move to cut that in half and get rid of the xtra winter expense.It is also surronded by another 30 acres I own with my 3 sibs.This is in a rural CT town 20 minutes from Hartford, mushrooming with 500,000 homes.Yup they are still putting them up even with this sub-prime debacle in motion.

The health ins is from Bell South now admin by Hewitt for ATT.I read last week the EEOC gave th go ahead to employers to drop medical for the retiree after they reach SS age....thats the unknow variable in that arena.
