Oddly, I think the Tyco listing is true! (Or at least, it was as of June 30).
Tyco had this funny move they made in June/July where they divided up into three companies (Tyco International, Covidien Ltd and Tyco Electronics) and simultaneously performed a 4:1 reverse stock split.
I think Ariel Focus held onto the (original) Tyco International (TYC) shares. But just after the record date (in June), they sold the shares of the newly minted Tyco Electronics (TEL) that they were destined to receive. But since they didn't actually receive those shares until July, it showed up as a short position in the interim.
Or something like that....
