Use of executive options elmhurstbob  09-25-2007, 12:14 PM | Post #2441579  |

Is there a resource which identifies or grades companies by their excessive use of executive share options?  I'd like to know which companies are overactive in this area.  I have held Adobe stock for years and have always been disturbed by what seems to me to be an overuse of this tool.  I'm not even sure why the execs are paid any salary based on what they make on selling turning their options over.  It also seems that as soon as they have an opportunity, they sell off the stock, never ever hold it.  I don't trust this kind of reward system.
