I'm not a diehard but have been researching health care funds recently (planning for a new thread over on the FIDO forum if I can figure the new system out).  The best open fund I can find is PRHSX; the manager has a strong analytic edge and has consistently beaten the sector overall.  One fund I'll watch is FSMEX--it has a sound approach but keeps changing managers and a steady hand at the tiller can make a huge difference in this sector, especially when linked to thoughtful and thorough analysis.
