I have RAs, a GRA, GSRAs, and a Roth. I have TIAA traditional only in the RAs and GRA. I'm several years away from retirement. I was thinking about ways to annuitize a portion of my accounts, leaving others for RMD. I was confused about the options for withdrawing TIAA traditional after 70.5 years. I called TIAA and was told that the TIAA traditional would enter into the calculations for RMD, in proportion to whatever other funds I also had in a particular account.
