Pictures of 3 women . . . don't women ever think about finding a male classmate - - probably have better things to do? My hunch is more likely that a guy would search for a former girlfriend or chance romantic fling with a missed opportunity . . . and more likely that a woman would search out an old female classmate before a guy searches for a long-lost male one. Maybe high schools differ around nation, but it would be fairly easy to find a classmate from mine . . . just a call to standing reunion committee would likely lead me to person or someone else likely to know whereabouts. Why would many people pay for this - - why not use existing person locator services?
Maybe in the subconscious mind of mortgage marketer . . . hoping housing market will return to its rock n' roll days. Let's keep partying!
I enjoy the many more humorous ads today . . . seem more effective as they stick in people's minds and they talk about them. The GEICO one featuring the cave man . . . only safe group left to portray as humorous today w/o being accused of being politically incorrect as no one wants to be affiliated with protecting them . . . just think about the laughs one could have on these forums with poster name "caveman" . . . posting at Vanguard Diehards with investment theories, psychology of fear and greed . . . PF reminiscing how life used to be - - expressing views on capital punishment, feminism, gay rights . . . Market Insights concerning commodities, pork belly futures . . . Tightwad Tips questioning need for underwear instead of debating whether to dry it on a clothes line or using a dryer . . . climate change & Global Warming theories from someone living through the Great Flood and Ice Age . . . PETA debate pitting obligate herbivore man against carnivore man . . . an emotional classic battle royale for some.
Can't remember which cell phone provider, but the guy talking to his girlfriend . . . and after asking if he is only one in her life, coverage goes dead . . . shows her trying to acknowledge his flirtation . . . he hears nothing . . . so he accuses her "cat got your tongue?" . . . Is it Earl? . . . another guy he imagines her having an affair with. I can just picture how this conversation completely screws-up a relationship that might have otherwise been fine.
I used to go to the zoo to watch the animals for learning and laughs . . . now come here. Regardless of whether one buys into Munchkin's penny stock ideas, hard to imagine a person not finding humor in his posts. The Munchkin Man vs. deerslayer investment contest . . . when reading for first time, visualize deerslayer's mind picturing Bambi in headlights, shooting her . . . deerslayer beats him by over a 1,000% performance return . . . Munchkin challenges for a 2007 rematch . . . like a Rocky II sequel. Just the audacity of MM wondering over to VD (not a sexually transmitted disease) to challenge that forum to a performance contest . . . penny stock investing vs. passive indexing was priceless. Just reading the reactions of hard core VD posters was hilarious. I have to believe some of his stuff is posted in jest . . . the recent one of deep caring for our nation's children by not only stating that he proof reads every word and sentence for correctness, and works out every math problem . . . but that he does it for every book being printed . . . sure!
Kinda got dead here . . . trying to perk things up. Have fun, Rob.
