Before the recent change, I believe that Samsung was at an even higher weighting (maybe 7%?) than Gazprom is now, so it's possible that the concentration of top holdings has not changed that much, just shifted around.
I share the opinions of many others here that this may not turn out to be the best time to make these country additions.
