Hi All:
1) The correlation of the Int'l Value Fund is 0.93 with DFA's, versus 0.83 with the EAFE. Its behavior over the past 3 years is more relvevant--it didn't participate in the late '90s bubble, and it did relatively well the past few years during the collpse, just like the DFA fund. It relies on dividend yield and P/E in addition to P/B, so its P/B would not be expected to be as low as the DFA offering.
2) Color my face red--on pp 273-4 I did completely ignore the $10 index fund fee, which is a separate issue from the IRA fee. It will be corrected in the next printing. Thanks for pointing that one out.
3) Great to see y'all at DHIII!
