Just saw one of those news alerts on Fox.  Ted Kennedy was rushed to hospital with symptons of a stroke.  As much as i dislike him, I wish him no harm and hope he is ok.      Bullwinkle

I am tempted to say things about him, like the left has said about Bush, but Ted is pretty much recognized for what he is and he represents.

Good post, BW. I didn't like Reagan but when I heard about Hinkley shooting him the guy next to me said "Too bad his aim was off. " I broke the guy's nose. Time and place.

Frankly, I wish Senator Kennedy good health.

He is a long-running bad example for the right. We don't want to lose him, it's so easy to use him.

Anytime you want to give an example of liberalism, he's our standard.

Though, there are those in the Senate giving him a run for the title of most liberal. Obama, if he remains in the Senate, might edge him out. Right now Kennedy is ahead simply through the length of time in Senate.

Now that it appears the Senator is going to be okay, I'd like to second Rick's post. Teddy Kennedy is the favorite whipping boy of conservatives, and it's a post he seems to relish. While I oppose term limits, he and Robert Byrd have clearly overstayed their welcome.
