I own FPACX in my 401(k) at my former employer but I can no longer invest in that plan. I tried to buy it through my new plan and State Street is not an approved broker dealer for the fund. I have been on the FPA website and cannot find an application but was able to read the prospectus. I called and left a message through the automated telephone system and have not heard back after 10 days. Has anyone had luck investing in the recently reopened FPACX fund? If so, clue me in. Tanks! Sorry I didn't see this sooner, and maybe you already have an answer? Anyway, I called them and they sent me out an application (no message, though, I spoke to someone).

Well? Don't know what the problem is on your end, but I can get an App. on line at it's website..
of course the app. site under a secret decoder code and have to have your Flash Gordon ring to make it work..
Or?>Where can I get an FPA Fund application?
You may call our office and have an application mailed to you, or you can request one be e-mailed to you. Please indicate what kind of account application you require (i.e. Joint Tenant, Individual Retirement Account (IRA), 403(b), etc.).FPA Contacts
and (in jest) if you send in $10k or more? You get a set of Free Libby glasses and for $25,000 you get a Free Microwave ..
And Better hurry up.. they will close again...
