Hello All:

A friend of mine is currently enrolled in a less-than-good SEP IRA.  Is it possible to roll this over into a more investor-friendly custodian such as Vanguard while my friend is still employed?

Yes

As an employer provied retirement plan, the SEP is unique in that, like an IRA, is fully owned and controlled by the employee, who may do with it as he/she sees fit, including rolling it over into their own TIRA.
