has a nice  apy in a Bear & Bull yrs ( 12.8%  for 5 yrs and 9.4% for 10 yrs )

But, what happened in 1998? ( 23%)

giving LSBRX and others a run for their $..

And sure looks like a good Play for the next recovery and Bull Market..

anyother a better EM Debt Play ? No load of course
