It's my impression ETFs/mutual funds oriented towards "Frontier" markets (Africa, Eastern Europe, Pakistan, Vietnam,etc.) might be available within the next 12 months (domestically).  If true, does anyone know who will be offering such products?

Also, TRAMX is a retail mutual fund that invests in Africa & the Middle East, a big component of frontier markets.

 No others that I am aware of.
