I feel extremely happy and lucky I did not invest my money. It sounded too good to be true.

Initially they said $15K is the minimum investment but were ready for me to invest $5K if I wanted. I did talk to one of my Doctor friends. The technology and business model sounded good. But I did not believe the kind of returns they were offering.

Me too banker. If I am going to make an investment I need more transparency and would need more DD. I just didn't think the concept made a lot of sense, I would have to check with some rural hospitals to see if they lease services such as this. Good luck to all invested.

hi,  there is a newer mobile imaging investment called -

http://www.mobilediagnosticcenters.com/index.php

It sounds exactly like the others. Min $25k, 15% yearly, Nevada based, GE PET/CT scanner.

Does anyone have opinions on them or is already an investor?

Thanks.

hi all --

I invested 25K in Mobile Imaging Systems in July 2007, with all the usual promises. MIS hasn't delivered on any of these promises, as of yet. Yesterday I received a 2007 tax declaration form in the mail, stating my original investment.

Question:  Is there any way to withdraw my original investment, and if so, how?  I doubt seriously that Jay and his boys will give such up voluntarily.  Has any other investors considered withdrawing, and if so, any luck getting one's money back?

Any attorneys out there who know if/how suit can be brought against Mobile Imaging Systems LP?

Any help/feedback would be most appreciated.

Thank you

If it were me, I would start by contacting Mobile Imaging first and tell them you would like your intial investment back and see what happens. I would imagine there are agencies out there that protect against these types of scams, if not contact a litigation lawyer and see what happens. Good luck, keep us posted on what happens.
