&lt;p&gt;More than 75% of my portfolio is taxable.So,i transferred 1 share &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;IVWIX from Roth to taxable and brought the Roth position to bare minimum(0.1%).IVWIX is my #1 holding in my portfolio (10% in taxable ).Funds that are more tax inefficient than &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;IVWIX&amp;nbsp; ( TIBIX, CGMFX, DBLTX, TTRZX, PFN,TEI,Mutual Intl) are in my Roth.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;OAKBX is the only tax friendly fund in my Roth .Thinking if i should&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; move it to taxable and ramp IVWIX in Roth also to a respectable position.Would appreciate ur thoughts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can exchange any Mutual Series fund Z class shares to any Franklin Templeton A class shares w/o load (at NAV)&lt;/p&gt;
