I'm wondering if anyone views a pension in the same way that you view a bond. Specifically, as a tenured college professor with a pension that I can begin collecting in 13 years, would it make it any sense to view it as my bond portion of my asset allocation and not hold any bonds or reduce my allocation to bonds? Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the subject. Maybe Larry could give his opinion too. If this has been discussed before, I apologize. Jim
