OT: When to start Social Security

It seems to me, if you have sufficient assets with 401k, IRAs, taxable accounts, that it would make sense to draw down these assets first and hold out for a later start on Social Security. (Maybe 70 instead of 62) Since by delaying SS you are getting a guaranteed increase in spending dollars, whereas your other assets are subject to market forces. Agree? Disagree? How have others decided when to take SS?

Thanks,
